The Present Continuous tense is used to describe actions that are happening right now or around the present moment. It shows that the action is in progress and ongoing. Subject + am/is/are + Verb-ing For "I": Use am. For singular subjects (he, she, it): Use is. For plural subjects (we, you, they): Use are. This refers to actions that are occurring at the moment of speaking. This can also refer to actions happening during a period of time around now (but not exactly at the moment of speaking). We use the Present Continuous to talk about future plans that are already arranged. To make a negative sentence, add not after am/is/are. To form a question, invert the subject and am/is/are.
